"Captain" The Captain is in charge and keeping everyone safe and sound. While he's watching over you, he grins and winks his eyebrows. This funky fish is enamel Acrylic on glass in a wood frame.
The paint is enamel and very durable (to get the paint off would require a razor blade). Glass can be cleaned with water and vinegar. Houshold cleaning products are OK too.
