"Resilience" is a beautiful tribute to Sanibel and the iconic and historic Sanibel Lighthouse.  It's presence after Hurricane Ian showed that Sanibel may have been hit hard, but the people, and the lighthouse, were still strong.  This wall hanging took First Place in the March 2024 Sanibel Shell Show Needlework Division.  It measures 24" x 30" and comes with a rod pocket in place, ready for hanging.  

This "One of a Kind Treasure" was handcrafted by one of our amazing volunteers, Marge Gammon, who is quite the artist.  We met Marge when she adopted a pup named "Mojo" and quickly became dedicated to helping us with our mission.  You will see other handcrafted work in this auction donated by Marge, and we are grateful for her continued support.
